Orders and pricing

Placing an order is an offer to buy at the listed price. We will confirm your order by email once payment is processed. Prices and availability can change without notice.

Shipping

Orders are typically delivered within 10 days of purchase within the US. Shipping is included on every order.

Returns

All sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.

Warranty

Dermyra products are covered against manufacturing defects for one year from purchase. This does not cover normal wear or damage from misuse.

Limitation of liability

Dermyra products support posture. They are not a medical device and do not diagnose or treat any condition. If you have a pre-existing back or spine condition, check with a doctor before use. Dermyra is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from product use.
